Our commitment
Future Addictions LLC wants every visitor to be able to use this website. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how this site is built and checked. It is not an add-on.
What this statement covers
This statement covers the website at myundividedapp.com. That includes the home page, Support, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy and this page.
The Undivided iPhone app is covered separately below.
Our goal and current status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
Current status: partially conformant. This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and passes the checks described below. We do not claim full conformance yet, because an independent review with screen readers by an outside accessibility expert has not been done. We would rather tell you where we stand than overstate it.
What is built in
- A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Every link, button and form field works with a keyboard, and shows a clear focus outline.
- One main heading per page, headings in a logical order, and labeled page regions for the header, main content and footer.
- Text descriptions for meaningful images. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- The email field has a label, and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- Text and background colors meet the WCAG AA contrast minimum of 4.5 to 1.
- The page language is set to English. Text can be enlarged, and pages fit screens as narrow as 320 pixels without scrolling sideways.
- A Pause animations button at the top of the home page stops all moving content. Your choice is remembered on your device.
- The step-by-step “How it works” animation has its own Pause button. Every step is also written out in text next to it.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, animations are turned off automatically.
- There are no videos, no sound, no pop-ups and nothing that flashes.
- No accessibility “overlay” widget is used. Accessibility is built into the site’s own code.
- No third-party scripts, ads or trackers are loaded.
How this site is tested
Every release is checked before it is published:
- Automated WCAG 2.2 A and AA checks (axe-core) on every page.
- Color contrast measured for text, buttons and focus outlines.
- Every page is loaded in a real browser at 320, 390, 768 and 1440 pixels wide, to catch sideways scrolling, cut-off content and script errors.
- Keyboard-only checks: tabbing through every page, and using every button and link.
- Reduced-motion and paused-animation modes are tested.
- Pages are checked with extra text spacing, as WCAG requires.
Not done yet: an independent review with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS by an outside accessibility expert. We plan to do one and will update this page with the results.
Known limitations
As of the date on this page, we know of these limits:
- Phone illustrations. The home page shows drawings of the app on a phone. The small text inside those drawings is part of the picture and is hidden from screen readers. The same information is written out in the text around them.
- “Notify me” button. This button opens your own email app with a short message ready to send. It needs JavaScript and an email app. If it doesn’t work for you, email support@futureaddictions.com and ask to be notified.
- Other websites. Websites we link to, such as Apple’s, are run by their owners and are not covered here.
If you find a barrier that isn’t listed here, please tell us. It helps us find and fix problems we don’t know about yet.
The Undivided iPhone app
The app is being built to work with Apple’s accessibility features, including VoiceOver and larger text sizes (Dynamic Type). Buttons have spoken labels, and the 15-second pause announces when your choice is ready. The app is not released yet. Testing on real iPhones with VoiceOver and the largest text sizes is part of our launch checklist. If you have trouble using the app, contact us the same way.

Technical information
This site uses HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SVG graphics. It works without JavaScript, except for the “Notify me” button and the animations, which are optional.

We review this statement whenever the website changes in a way that could affect accessibility, and at least once a year.
